Snugship Privacy Policy

Game progress and local records

Snugship does not require an account. Puzzle progress, Cash, inventory, upgrades, settings and gameplay event records are stored on your device. We do not operate a game server or automatically upload these gameplay records to PSB Ideas. There is no cross-device cloud synchronization.

Settings lets you export an event log as JSON. It can include puzzle tiers and seeds, game actions, timing, rewards and purchase-related events. An export stays local unless you choose to share it through another application. The service you choose then handles that copy under its own policies.

Advertising

The Android app includes Google AdMob banner and optional rewarded advertising. The initial closed test uses Google's demonstration ads; this does not mean the advertising SDK makes no network requests or processes no device data.

Google's Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic/performance information, and device identifiers. Google uses SDK data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Our current build requests non-personalized ads and uses Google's under-age-of-consent treatment setting. These settings do not eliminate all data processing. Google documents encryption in transit for its Mobile Ads SDK data.

Google's consent system determines ad eligibility. Privacy Options appears in Settings when Google's consent system requires it. Android also provides advertising identifier controls. Purchases

The closed test offers no real-money purchase listings. Store integration remains in the application for compatibility with previously recorded ownership; it may communicate with the platform store to check available products or receipts. Snugship does not request or store payment-card details. Any future purchase offering will require corresponding store and policy updates.

Support and website

If you contact support, we receive the information you send, including your email address and any attachments. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or device logs you do not wish to disclose. We use support messages to respond and resolve issues, and you may request deletion of correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations.

The policy website uses Cloudflare hosting. Visiting it involves normal web-request information such as IP address and browser details, which the hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the site. No additional analytics service is configured for the game or policy site.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until it is removed from your device. Android's Clear storage option deletes local progress; uninstalling also removes the app's local data. Separately exported files and copies shared elsewhere are not removed by uninstalling. PSB Ideas cannot remotely restore or delete progress stored only on your device. Google and any service you choose to share with apply their own retention practices.

Audience

Snugship is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe personal information about a child has been sent to us.
